  • The utter gall of the owners of this company. After charging my Citibank Visa $7560 for nothing because I had been approved for a one year same as cash account for a contract price of $4,400 which took 7 months to clear up only after contacting the Consumer Protection Bureau, I got a call asking me to delete my original review dated Feb. 2017. Las Vegas Metro Police were no help even though when asked for my Visa for a second ID someone at Best Buy Flooring decided to charge my card $7,560 (which is fraud in any other jurisdiction). Metro Police classified it as a billing dispute. The owners stalled at every instance. Not even showing up at the Nevada State Contractor's Board on two separate occasions. On top of that there was a problem with the work completed as they left a 1" gap between the tile and along the wall in both of my bathrooms and I was told to use some caulking. Whoever heard of caulking next to the baseboard in stead of grout when a tile floor is installed? But that is what I was told when I called to complain about the quality of work. Too lazy to cut additional pieces to complete the job. I had to do this myself. If you are here reading reviews of this company then DO NOT USE THEM for anything. If after reading these reviews and you still use them you deserve every problem that certainly will arise.
