We brought our puppy about 3 months old to the clinic due to he was low in blood sugar and he was not eating. He was a toy Pomeranian and this problem is common for his breed. Our puppy met the real doctor when we first visited the clinic and it was no problem. Doctor prescribed some canned food for his issue. However, our puppy still looks like he had low energy. Our puppy was puking. A few days later, on a saturday morning, we found him lying down like he was having seizure and almost dead. Luckily we found him still breathing so we rushed to the clinic trying to save him. He waited until the staff arrived as it was early morning. Due to it was Saturday, it looks like Dr.DeRose was not working on that day. They hired some unprofessional doctor or trainee. She looks clueless as to what to do as it was
an emergency. She didn't show any care and all she mentioned was we need to pay first. It was an emergency we would have expect her to give the treatment first while we sort things out. Then we left our puppy with her thinking it could be saved. Awhile later, she came out we thought she would give us updates, and she announced him dead. We would never go back to that clinic and it was expensive. We paid even though she did nothing for us.
