  • Solid, but not a standout from the other tea joints in the plaza and more expensive. Ordered signature Taro Milk tea with grass jelly add-on, original egg waffle and got a free bubble milk tea as part of their Grand Opening special. Taro: They use real mashed taro so you get authentic taro taste, but because it's added to the bottom, it's difficult to mix around and makes it awkward to drink, in my opinion. Also, though the fresh/real ingredient is a nice touch, not sure the drink (single sizes only here) is worth $6.2 on a regular basis. Original egg waffle was crispy and tasty with a slight hint of coconut flavour. Yum! Would return for this one - plus my kid loved it. Bubble milk tea was solid: nice ratio of milk to tea and tapioca was chewy, but not over or underdone and on the smaller side so easy to slurp up your straw.
