  • 5/5! Unique. Awesome. Healthy. Service: The service is great. The owner (I believe) whom everyone says talks a lot, deserves to talk a lot! He's great and helped us out so much! Their guarantee is if you don't like it, they'll make you another one! Now that's customer satisfaction. He's super sweet and loves doing what he does, so props to you man. Also, his employees seem to enjoy it too. So, friendly owner, means friendly employees, means friendly service. They're awesome and a great help! Quality: The ice cream here is like no other. Everything is made fresh. Fresh fruit! You can choose the type of milk you want: soy, low fat, non fat, whole. It's honestly one of the greatest ideas I've seen. It's an ice pan and made in front of your eyes. Definitely worth watching and taking lots of videos! The ice cream is really good texture, if you're a fan of just normal ice cream out of a tub, this isn't for you. But if you want to try something new, tasteful, fresh, and on the low calories side, I would definitely try this place out! On busier days, wait times can go from 30-45 minutes, but hey, if it's busy it must be worth the wait to try! I would be worried if they didn't get any business. But they are thriving! We went late night on a Sunday so it was no wait, but then after we ordered so many people got in line. So it was perfect timing on our part. Personally, I got the lemon with low fat milk and fresh raspberries. It. Was. Delicious. Not to lemon-y like some sorbets. It was fresh. Soft and creamy, yet still had the sorbet type of feel. My friends got pistachio with soy milk and cheesecake, and mango with low fat milk and mochi. The pistachio tasted like real pistachio and the mango made me feel like I was in the Philippines! You can definitely taste the freshness. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be coming back and bringing the friends. It's located inside the Harrah's and definitely another one of Vegas' hidden gems. I was scared seeing all the reviews and not liking it, but boy did it surpass my expectations.
