  • My husband told me about this place. Being from NOLA, and needing specific spices I was searching for a local supplier. Well look no further. This is the best kept secret in Charlotte. From A-Z . Gumbo File' they have it, Bay leaves. yep, mediterranean spice? that too. Salt of all the seas. Employees are so helpful. Nice recipe suggestons on cards too. 5 kinds of Cinnamon! Vanilla and almond extracts. You have to go.
