  • .........came in and picked a color. They ended up not having the color I picked so Ben gave me a totally different color pallet to choose from. I have to keep my nails conservative so I couldn't choose any of the new colors they gave. I had to start looking through the neutral colors again. Ben told me to hurry up because he needed to leave. I told him I would just paint my own nails. Not a great experience. I did call back and ask his name so I could write the review properly. His coworkers were very nice and did ask me to come back in to fix them. I would have been ok with being transferred to someone else but he was just so rude. I do appreciate that they had me come back in but I won't forget that experience.
