| - JUST IGNORED. Went through their sales pitch, inspection, cutting holes in two places in my ceilings, patching ceiling holes, changing my APS plan from a savings plan to a regular plan---and months later, no installation, no calls, only several ENORMOUS BILLS from APS,
Thought I was kissing hugh electric bills goodby...not with Harmon. Received the largest fall electric bills ever! So much for following their instructions to drop my savings plan.
Called, asked what happened to my installation. After employee looked around on her computer, she apologized and promised someone would call me shortly with an update on my installation. No call.
Called back the next day, couldn't reach the person handling my account. Well, it was 10 to noon, guess she sneaked out early for lunch.
Avoid these folks.
