  • BOTTOM LINE: Smog Test shouldn't have Failed, They offered a $50 Diagnostic Charge (not including repair), No complimentary retest. Untrustworthy. Won't return. STORY: I called ahead and came in for a Smog Check. Ricky, the Smog Technician, told me my car failed because my Check Engine Light was on. I told him I have gotten Smog Checks prior and had now issues. He stated it's not his fault, but he saw the light and said nothing. I asked if they would provide a free retest, and he said know. If he know he was going to fail me, he should tell the Customer ahead of time rather than run the test. I don't trust them, and he lost a future Customer over $15. Unfortunately, I'm ready reading alot of reviews about this company scamming their Customers. While it's to late for me, it's not for you. Also, They charged $1 to use a Credit Card.
