  • Well they are liars!!! I had a pair of beats headphones my parents got me for my bday. They live in Pennsylvania and don't have a receipt l. I called and asked if this will be ok and was told yes but only for store credit. I was happy with this and went to store to exchange. After 45 mins I was told all I can exchange for them is for things in electronics. Once again ok sounds alright. After looking and getting what I wanted to exchange for them. I had to wait another 30mins for them to say they can't do it now. When asked why, they stated Walmart doesn't take things back without a receipt.....WTF behind the customer service desk is a huge sign that says they take exchanges with or without receipt. Well thank you ghetto Walmart!! You gave me even more reason to go to Target.
