  • Please read this before you sign contract!!! I had to use twice because the first pest control didn't work at all!! I recently moved to new apartment which is tiny studio and they had cockroaches and fruit flies so I call for their service I told them I only want to do once or twice in one year So the guy came in and he said he understood and told me to sign the contract But I didn't wanted to sign because it was clearly written 1year contract on the paper and for minimum Of 5times a year (I have to pay about $65 per service) And I even asked to guy if it its ok to sign even though it says minimum of 5times in a year He said its alright So I did sign in the paper (it is my fault that I signed even though he said its okay) And after 4month later they sent me a mail saying I signed on the contract I have to do 4more times of service &pay for each of it OR pay the cancellation fee I call them to avoid all this things and asked the phone number for the guy who came to do the service but they said no because is their policy so I gave my phone number but did not get any call back And another 2months later I got a Collect a Debt mail saying I need to pay $ 300
