  • I have never met a more incompetent staff than at nevada eye and ear. From the start when I tried to make an appointment and they kept telling me I needed a referral(which I didnt and finally had to have my insurance company call them). When I went for appt, the receptionist looked at me like she would have rather been anywhere but at work. After appt they overcharged me and when I asked them to just call insurance company becuase I knew what they charged me for was covered they refused. After 2 months of going around and around between myself, insurance co and billing they finally admitted they made a mistake. I waited 10 days for check and when I didnt get it I finally calling billing and they said "Oh we dont automatically send it, the person has to call" ARE YOU FRICKING FOR REAL? Needless to say I never went back and went to a different opthamologist and the difference was astounding in overall competence and friendlyness.
