  • I've had my membership for about a month now and I am still very impressed with Planet Fitness. There was a $1 initiation fee with a 12 month contract at $19 a month for a black membership. It includes 24 hour access to the club (strength/cardio machines & free weights), tanning booths, aqua massage tables and chairs, total body enhancement, and free unlimited person training! The facility and locker room is always super clean and the staff is helpful. I really enjoy the 30 minute circuit work out zone for days I just don't have a lot of time, but everything is clearly labeled so you never feel uncomfortable. Definitely take advantage of the build your workout with the trainer so he can show you the machines, how to use them, and ensure you're not bored with your routine.
