This almost seems silly to post BUT the customer service I received my last visit was soo poor. 4/6 went to see The Quiet Place I walked up with my loyalty cup for a drink. The kid laughed and said "this is last years cup" and yes he's right! I completely spaced that the cups are by year (I only bought he cup last year for a fundraiser) so he then proceeds to tell me "I'll just get you a large " without thinking I'm like Sure Okay! He has another guy start the soda and my boyfriend walks over and asks him "uh what size is the loyalty cup?" To which he replied with "well I guess it's like a medium" when my boyfriend asks him "why wouldn't you just offer her a new loyalty cup?" The kid gets defensive and States "well this is a large and we already made it" at this point the movie is about to start and a long line has formed. I take the drink and run in just in time for the movie. The simple solution to this was offering to trash the Large soda and sell me the Loyalty cup. I'm usually not one to complain but whatever that kids name was, he needs to be better trained in customer service.
