  • This is not my go to Sephora but since I moved to the suburbs, this is my replacement when I need to get my beauty (or skincare) on. Normally I purchase my items through their website but when I need one or two items and wont make the $50 limit for free shipping, I visit a brick and mortar location. The layout of the store isn't my jam. Everything feels cramped and shoved into one space. I often find that items are out of stock or not carried at this location after I get there. During my most recent visit, an item that was listed as being in stock by their website was not and neither was another size option. My only other choice was to buy the more expensive option that was 3x bigger than the size I needed and twice the price. The employees here are very nice. It is hit or miss if I have to ask someone for help or if they will offer help but any time I interact with an employee at this location, it is pleasant.
