I have only been to one class at 9round but it was fantastic! Not only do the trainers have great energy, but seem to also care that each person is learning. It's a stations-based workout, so it requires a level of individual accountability but I personally like that. I'm super sore from just a thirty minute workout and feel it was a great mix of cardio and strength. This is the ideal workout for someone trying to add a toning piece to their training.
