  • I recently went to the Lancôme make up section. The women working there seemed as if she didn't want to help me because she was completely ignoring me. I asked her a few questions and she would answer in a rude tone. Finally a lady from the channel stand had to call her over to me. She found me a foundation in our color that was extremely dark for my skin but during this long hour and a half process she proceeded to help other people reguardless the fact that she was helping us first. I then asked her about one of the sales they were having because I was confused about it and just needed some clarity and she proceeded to say "why don't you just read it". Enough said Judith was racist and extremely rude. I will never return to that Macy's location.
