  • They schedule me for cleaning, I got xrays done, I waited 48 minutes and they said they had to reschedule my cleaning. My husband went in for cleaning, got x-rays, talkes to Dr and had to reschedule and didn't get cleaning. He went in for cleaning 2nd appointment in month, took x-rays, and talked to Dr. that wanted to do $6,000.00 worth of work on his teeth and still no cleaning had to reschedule. 3rd time appointment they canceled said Dr won't be in to talk to him and do x-rays. I told them its just a cleaning, they said no its not. We never rescheduled. My daughter is 13, great teeth and they tried to make her feel self conscious about her teeth saying there were gaps and needed braces. Never did our dentist in new York tell her she needed them. Finally I had to take her for second opinion and they put her mind to rest saying she had beautiful perfect teeth. WTF!! I'm changing dentist and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I agree with others about the attitude of lady at front desk, rude.
