| - Went there at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 30 for a regular mani/pedi. They told me to chose a color, which I did right away and then I just stood there. OK, am I next? Is there a wait? Nothing. No one spoke to me, just left me standing there. I approached the young lady at the desk to ask. She said, as she pointed, "Oh, sit over there, the first one." I sat at the first chair for at least 10 minutes with no water filling up, nothing. Finally, a woman told me that she would be right back. OK. She started the water, no sea salts. After about 5 minutes, someone else put salts in the water. When my pedi was finally started, another 10 minutes, it seemed that the technician wasn't into doing the pedi. Also, she broke the skin on my right, big toe around the nail. Didn't apologize, nothing. Preceded to put some antiseptic on it. That area around my toe is sensitive 5 days later. While I was getting my pedi, someone else came along and gave me a mani. The lighting was awful and the work was awful. She filed my natural nails any old way, real quick and slapped on the polishes. Also, the polish in the bottle was probably thick. I realized this after my finger nails were still sticky 3 hours later. She missed putting polish on the outer edges of some of my finger nails as well. This salon is a very busy one. There were 3 ladies that came in right after me. I think that they are going downhill in customer service. The salon is spacious and decorated neatly and orderly. However, I did notice that there is a huge splatter of purple nail polish on a lower wall near the desk that has yet to be cleaned up/painted over
