Typical Cox store. Employees are slow and everything takes too much time when trying to Simply return any of their equipment or even exchange equipment. Personally I have drop their service for cable I found it to be overpriced and under-delivered. So I guess I cut the cord but I'm very happy because I usually only watch about seven channels and I do not need to pay the price of 250 channels. If they were smart they would charge by the channel a few dollars and let people get what they want rather than give them hundreds of channels that will never be watched. I think over the years Cox Dish and DirecTV will be hurting because of all of the streaming options that are much less expensive and give you what you want. You might want to take a look and change your business model.
