  • I had bought a brand new white medical coat on Monday, washed it on Tuesday and needed a patch sewn on the arm so brought it into hourglass Cleaners on Wednesday. The seamstress who works in the window of the cleaners was very nice and asked if I would like it pressed. But when I went to go pick up my brand new, never worn before white medical coat I noticed a stain on the arm. I pointed it out to the owner who mumbled and looked at the stain. Not only did he not take responsibility for the stain, he blamed me and charged me full price! I couldn't start my first day with a stained coat, it would have been completely unprofessional. So I had to wash the coat 5 times to get whatever stain they made on it. I later went back and the owner said he will never admit that he was responsible for the stain and asked me what I want. I am appalled at the way this business is run!
