  • So I went in yesterday and got my nails done full set, shape coffin, with gel polish. All of my nails were different shapes and they were incredibly bumpy. I wasn't happy at all but I paid and even left a tip. The lady was super nice but not very good at nails. I tried to get used to them but I couldn't so I went in the next day hoping to get a refund and they asked if I had time so they can fix them. Alicia was very nice about it and Kelly did an amazing job on my nails. She completely changed them to a different shape and gave me a cool design and a polish that changes color. I'm very happy with the costumer service and the final result of my nails!
