  • On the fourth day of my stay I woke up covered in bed bug bites. I informed the staff who later denied I'd spoken with them. When I showed housekeeping my bites they called maintenance because they didn't want to go in the room. Hilton Worldwide is not cooperating with me about a refund/compensation. STAY AWAY.
