I will say with a soft opening under their belt, some things still need to be worked out. I know the challenges of training help. Although the place was very slow. I don't think the waitress needed to take my water, ramen bowl check and spices all at once. Maybe leave the water so I could finish drinking it. So I felt like I had to rush out. It was still a pleasant enough experience. I opted for the Vegan ramen and got the wide egg noodles instead of kale noodles. The flavor was good. But I have to say $11 for a veggie ramen seems rather pricey. As a result, I will not make this a regular stop. The menu names are creative and fun. But as an Izakaya the menu seems very limited.
