The restaurant itself was beautiful; nice and hip decor with great colors; but the food was just average.
Went there around 12:30pm on Tuesday and the restaurant was nearly empty. The service was warm and welcome.
We have ordered:
1. Raspberry skewer -The raspberry was in square shape and sesame seed covered the ahi tuna. Although the presentation was kinda weird but it tasted pretty good. The raspberry went pretty well with the tuna. Very refreshing and light!
2. Lobster-pineapple skewer - I was so excited to see this on the menu because it seemed good and unique. But it was not that good. The lobster was chewy and tasteless with the worst piece of pineapple. The pineapple was tasteless and not fresh....
3. Stuffed piquillo peppers - This one was recommended by the waitress. It was the peppers stuffed with goat cheese. The peppers were not spicy at all. It was an OK dish, nothing special.
4. Pato confitado - It was duck leg with orange sauce. I did not try this one but it seemed OK...My friend did finish it but he did not say anything about it.
5. Pintxo de chorizos - It was mini sausage with garlic mashed potatoes. Again, kind of unique combination but the sausages was a little bit salty.
6. Ahi Tuna Salad - Nothing special and the greens were not super fresh.
I think this is just an average restaurant in Vegas. Kinda pricey with the food quality. Some dishes were very unique but tasted were not that good. If you really want to try this restaurant, just stick with their Tapas section.
