I had a groupon for a year's worth of laser hair removal and completed two treatments before experiencing one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. The technicians themselves were nice and proffessional, one more than the other, but the front desk people... wow.
I had called to reschedule my third appointment because I was running late and was met with attitude and told id be charged 35$ for missing my appointment. I told them Id try to make it but id be late and they said fine.
When I get there I was berated like a child, told the technicians were losing money because of me (how?). They refused to serve me after id travelled over 2 hours by ttc to make it there, let me be clear, the whole team was there confronting me so they were clearly not serving anyone else and I was the only customer in the reception area.
Not only was I refused, I was told I had to pay over a $100 in missed appointment fees if I am to book another appointment. I had never been made to feel like that as a customer in my life, I left very upset and contacted groupon immediately. Thankfully they fully refunded me so I wouldn't have to deal with these crooks every again.
