  • Do not bring any device here that you care about saving. I brought my Galaxy S8 with a crack in the screen to get a screen replacement. When I picked it up, the phone could no longer make phone calls, texts, use data. The speaker was also not working. The phone would constantly reboot over and over again without touching it. I gave it back to the employee and asked him what needed to be adjusted and he told me that this was common and it would probably "reconnect" shortly. I took it home but no luck so I went to T-mobile. They examined it and informed me that the phone was destroyed and recommended that Cellairis try to fix or replace the device since their work had now voided the Samsung warranty. The manager had several "ideas" about what they would try to do but eventually agreed to reimburse the cost of my $800 phone that I now had to replace. When I brought him the receipt, he said he just needed approval from the owners. After not hearing back from him, I called several times, left voicemails, came into the store, but never saw him again. Eventually, I was able to speak with another manager who told me they were not reimbursing me since I couldn't prove that the phone was working to begin with. This was the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. Not to mention, I'm out $250 for the screen and $800for a new phone. After filing suit in small claims court, I have recouped my money.
