  • I had an appt at this location on Sun, March 18th. My appt was at 315pm, I came in at 310pm. I waited 10mins till I got acknowledged, the stylist told me it would be another 20mins till she's done with her client, would that be okay. Ughhhh hello I did make appt to get my hair done. 30mins passed, 40mins passed, then the assistant manager came up to me to apologized for the long wait and if I wanted a hair mask (it would be an extra 5mins) at no charge? I told her I didn't have time. I waited another 15mins. Then my stylist was finally ready! At this point I just wanted to get my hair done and be over with it. I waited for almost an hour!!! This was supposed to be a good experience for me (I was going out that night to celebrate my bday) but it left a bad taste in my mouth. They should've had extra stylists on hand just in case things like this happen. She didn't really put any effort into washing (shampoo, conditioning, massaging) my hair either. You think she would make it up for all the time I waited! She curled (beach waves) my hair but put this product in my hair and it made it so sticky and hard ughhhh!!!! I would never come back here again, my go to place is Drybar! Should've just stuck to them.
