  • I used to go here several years ago. Good work and reasonable to deal with. I returned last year and discovered new staff and new problems. They performed a horrible job on a pair of boots. After alot of unnecessary drama and 4 months later the boots surfaced in decent condition. I had left them there as garbage. There were also new staff. Silly me thought things were better. I brought a pair of shoes that needed heels, soles and stitching on the sides where the threads came apart and thought this was communicated. Upon pick up the heels and soles were done. However, the sides were glued together verses stitched and one side was missed. I pointed this out. All they did was argue and want to charge me more to do what I originally asked for correctly. I think it's time to move on. Too many problems. Oh, did I forget to mention they are a bit overpriced too.
