We have been Cox customers for 8 years now. I have to say I'm very disappointed with their customer service. We have been without cable, internet and phone service for three days now. First time my husband got on the phone with them they said they were having issues in our area and that it would be fixed the next morning. Well it wasn't fixed the next day, so my husband called them again and this time asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was very apologetic and said that he would have someone come out the next morning by 8:30. No one came, so this time I called them in the early afternoon. I spoke to someone who I could barely understand and explained what was going on. He tried to troubleshoot over the phone, but it didn't work. Then I said I thought a technician would be coming out today. He said that he saw that it was scheduled but he didn't know what happened and why they didn't show up. However, he said that a technician could come in a couple of days. I couldn't believe it! We are now going with Direct TV and Century Link!
