I recently had a 12:30p weekday appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took these guys more than 3 HOURS to do what should have taken about an hour. That's the whole point of making an appointment. The service adviser, service manager and dealership manager were courteous when I voiced my complaint. But courtesy does not overcome poor service, nor does it address the wasted time. This is why so many people hate taking their cars to dealerships for routine service.
