  • This arena is very modern, clean, and the staff are very friendly. There are ushers everywhere. Usually they deal with problems swiftly. There are also very nice luxury suites and a private experience to be had in the Comerica Bank Club area. There is also the Toyota Club, a very exclusive option available to 375 select members in specific sections along the first two rows of the ice (for hockey games and your underachieving Phoenix Coyotes). The Toyota Club gives you a very personal experience with the players as it borders the walkway to the locker rooms. General seating offers great visibility from all angles. This is a strength of the arena. Food prices are high but do not deviate nor are they at the extreme of the NHL prices. Beer is a little pricey compared to the rest of the league. The stadium is beautiful and there are plenty of places to eat. There are many televisions, places to buy merchandise, and special event seating is also strong. The workforce at the arena goes to great lengths to make for an enjoyable family experience. Arenas can either be state-of-the-art and amazing, or they can be the Oakland Coliseum. This arena is strong for the NHL and it's a shame that it is located so far from the Phoenix city center. Its location does not impact its rating, but it means that fewer people will be able to enjoy the facility and its quality and popularity may decline over time unless the City of Glendale and Phoenix are willing to make a streamlined connecting route. The arena is amongst the nicest in the league for one of the worst teams in the league. General events make this arena shine. Overall, it is a beautiful place to visit for any type of activity. I've been to this arena at least two dozen times.
