I hate to write a negative review but it's so necessary. Was persuaded by a business rep to switch our 6 business lines over. I personally switched from Verizon who I had been with my entire life.
Long story short, a week later I cancelled the service to switch back. Yes, much cheaper. Was promised they are only a very small percentage behind competitors with service/customer service. 9/10 I couldn't use my phone. My partner was constantly dropping business related calls missing out on big money.
I switched back so hey, problem solved. No, then they made it the BIGGEST HASSLE to help me in any way. Was told to go to a different store when our rep had explained to go in any sprint store to turn the phones in.
I also prior went in for help with my Fitbit which I also bought from sprint. The rep here, again, turned me away. Bc I didn't have my receipt in hand. I made a simple mistake with my Fitbit that any professional/experienced rep with the item would of spotted immediately. All they had to do was look at it. Didn't even offer to help at all.
Extremely disappointed, will make sure to spread the word on the horrible customer service among cellular service.
