  • This location is trash . I don't understand why none of the employees makeup looks good . I am a licensed esthetician and makeup artist . I expect to go in a store to talk to employees that I actually can get advice etc from . Literally these employees don't even wear makeup (exception of maybe one) After all it is a makeup/skincare store. Also I'm concerned why their are no people of color working as employees . I've seen a guy, looks like he may be stocker etc nor does he wear makeup even if he is a makeup artist . The store also is dirty the testers from the Sephora collection are dirty and or missing . The Fenty collection has been scarce since launching but the South Park location is pretty stocked I went to do a return and the lady gave me major attitude, like she had a attitude I was returning a foundation that was too dark . I declined to repurchase or get shade matched. I rather go to the South Park location where everything is clean . She then proceeded to just hand me my receipt without saying anything . I don't get this. You are hourly ! Makes you no difference if I'm returning something or not . Smh I really hope this location does better with hiring because it's in a great location and convient versus driving on the other side to South Park . I rather spend my money towards a location that is nice and customer service is Amazing .
