  • This is the last time I will be going to this chipotle! I literally waited 30 minutes in line and was greeted with rude service. Then was informed they were out of pico and the chicken looked dried and old!?!? I am from Colorado "Chipotle homeland" and know what it is like to have fresh and friendly service from this restaurant. After reading the reviews it sounds like this place struggles with customer service and fresh product. You would think with all the problems they have been having lately, that they would be doing everything they could to bring back the billion dollars worth of business they lost. There are plenty of great fast casual Mexican places nearby. I hope somebody worthwhile reads this review and can do something with the customer service, fresh food and efficiency. It's a real shame! Steve Ells would be disgusted!!!!!!
