  • Had a terrible experience at this store. My sister tried on a skirt and they didn't have it in her size. Aaron the dressing room attendant was really helpful and helped us located the item close to home. He provided the information to the cashier who also tried to help us. Because the cashier was so busy (long line) he requested that one of his coworkers Colleen assist us in finding this item. Although she had a printout with the information for the stores who had the item she refused to call more than one store. Being that I work for Banana Republic in the past I know that you are always supposed to assist the customer no matter how busy you are. Colleen gave us attitude and provided no help. Definitely not worth going back to this store especially if employers are not willing to be helpful. Aaron and Steve did a great job but Colleen made the whole store look bad.
