| - Came here for lunch on Friday. I actually come here pretty frequently when I want to eat something, but not feel sleepy or fat and gross.
Environment: I really like the natural lighting this place brings. Everyone that goes here looks like they just came from Pilates or yoga, which really makes you feel good about yourself too. This place makes a good spot to eat and chat with friends, maybe about your new exercise plan, or to catch up on some work you may have fallen behind on.
Service: everyone here is super friendly. I really liked our waitress, I came here on Friday with a pretty large party and she really did her best to get all of our food out on time. Some of the foods that took longer, she would bring my friends their sides like sweet potato fries so they can behind munching a little early. She also got me my water even though I was a few steps from the fountain.
Drinks: they have a variety of healthy mocktail drinks which I have tried all of and felt rejuvenated from (could just be in my head). They also have a water fountain that allows you to select sparkling, ambient and cold water. (Hint: if you want to lose weight, drink sparkling water, makes you full)
Food: everything here is super healthy. They have a variety of options. I have had their pasta, which was good, but the turkey ball was a little dry. Their fried chicken with Brussels sprouts are also very good, but I wouldn't say it taste better than a greasy chicken. Their tuna tacos also taste really good, and had a perfect light sear and complexion to it.
Overall, I really like this spot for its overall healthiness. They have vegan options, delicious healthy drinks, and pretty good food as well. When you've been eating bad all week or feeling like you should work on getting a nice bod and clearer skin, this is the perfect spot to get your grub on!
