  • My mother and I have been coming here for the past twenty years. It has always been our primary place for our prescriptions. In the last three years this place has gone downhill. We have experienced nothing but inconveniences- especially in this last year alone. They forget to fill our prescriptions, or lose them. On top of that, when I go to pickup my prescriptions I have to plan on being there for at least a half hour. The staff used to be so efficient and friendly- they would know us on a first name basis. however with the new staff they are nothing but rude and sour. While standing in line, I've noticed every other person in line feels the same way as we chat and wait to be called. I am writing this review while in line. In fact I was able to download the app create an account and write this while remaining number three in line. It hasn't moved for 20 minutes. We will be switching pharmacies as soon as possible and have had enough.
