Do I really have to give them 1 star, I would prefer no stars. I stopped in here today and made it known from minute one that I was just looking. Before I could even step foot near a car I was made to wait so I could meet Blue. I informed him that I was just stopping by to look and wanted to get an idea of prices on the Darts, but that was all. Blue would not let me near a car until I had a person to "show me around". I was introduced to Quest- who smelled like he had just smoked a cigarette. Who I again informed that I was short on time and just wanted to look and see if I even liked the look of them. I could not understand the man because he spoke so quietly and mumbled. He walked me over to the Darts and then left to grab a key so I could see the inside. We then took a short drive. Upon returning I said I wasn't completely sold on it and wasn't sure. He said let's go in Blue has the prices and they can take a peek and give me a rough trade in quote. He sat me down and started asking questions like my soc #, etc. I told him I didn't want to give it and he bullied me into it saying he needed it for this and that reason and he would not be running my credit (they better not have!!!). I then said I had to get going and had to be somewhere and repeated that I was not completely interested in the car. He then informed me that they had taken my car (!) to get it appraised and let's go out and look at some used cars while we wait. I repeated that I needed to leave and he kept walking outside to show me used card (after I already stated I did not want used). When walking back in I used the restroom and returned to find out that EVERYONE was now in a staff meeting. With my car keys and my license still with them. I then demanded my keys and license from the front desk girl and they sent Quest over to me with my keys. I then tried to leave, but Blue showed up to go over a price (not even on the model I told them I was looking at). I then stated again that I had to leave and stood up. Quest then asked me to put his # in my cell phone. I informed him my cell was dead (which it was) and he said "well hold on let me get mine and I can text you." I promptly said no thank you and walked out. walked out ot my car to see that they had reset the mile reader and had taken it for a nice little joy ride. 40 minutes after I needed to leave they finally let me go. I will NEVER go there again and IF I decide to purchase a Dodge I will drive clear across town instead of going to them.
