  • Absolutely had an amazing experience! I own two Chinchillas and it's hard to find a credible vet that cares for exotics near me. Initial visit was awesome, Dr. Savard was very knowledgable and gave great advice on Chinchilla care. One day one of my Chinchillas got really sick and nearly died, my boyfriend rushed him to Raintree Pet and they immediately took my Chinchilla in and fussed over him for hours. Dr. Savard was there through the whole recovery process and was able to answer all the questions I had. Now my Chinchilla is happy and healthy! Not only that but the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful: they know my Chinchillas by name every time I call and say who I am. LOVE THIS PLACE.
