  • I called this morning to have an item placed on hold for me while I drive from Chandler. The employee was very nice and prompt. When I arrived it was nice to see a table activity one of their employees was doing with the kids. As I made my way around the store I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and how tidy everything was considering it's a store where kids go to release energy and typically destroy things. When I made my way to the front for check out- I was quickly directed to a register by an associate so that I wouldn't have to wait. The employees take initiative and check customers out instead of letting them stand there in line to wait. Thank you for a pleasant experience!!
