  • I called to make an appointment and was put on hold. My friend was driving and I was still on hold when we got there. The two ladies at the counter were chatting with each other (not busy so why was I on hold?) and we were told that they could fit us in four hours later. Granted, we didn't have appointments, but the customer service was sub par. Won't be back.
