  • If I could give this lication a negative -10 star value it wouldnt be low enough. Absolutely f***g BRUTALLY SLOW service both inside and at drive-through. And this isnt a new thing....they are CONSISTENTLY PAINFULLY SLOW. They have been for years. No improvement at all. They don't deserve to be a part ofvthis franchise. Take their licence away. Management needs to wake the F up and implement change or get the hell out of the business. Corpirate should pay attention and take action. (Not sure if tgats a thing...but I would like to see it ) They definately shoukd have their drive through taken away. Waiting 15 mins in drive through line and still 3 cars away from paying....there were only 5 in Fri t of me when I got here.
