  • I went to the office during his posted business hours and it was closed. There was a "will return soon" sign saying that he'd be back in 1-hour. I waited patiently in the mall for an hour. When I returned, there was already someone in the office. I poked my head in and was told he'd be right with me. I sat in a chair outside for another 20 minutes listening to him and a patron discuss watches, watchmaking and repair. He could have easily taken my watch, given me a ticket and sent me on my way - he didn't. His repair skills may be unparalleled. I will never know.
