| - My girlfriends and I stayed at the Cromwell for a bachelorette party. Overall our experience was great (hard not to have fun on a bachelorette weekend in Vegas), but a few things to note. The woman who checked us in upon arrival was extremely rude. When asking for additional room keys, she made it seem like the biggest hassle to accommodate us.. Even though we were very polite the whole time and excited to be arriving. On the plus side, the man who helped our bags to our room was fantastic and very friendly.
The rooms were small, but comfortable. Fun décor, especially for a bachelorette themed weekend. Beds were amazing, so comfortable! The shower was so confusing to turn on and off ha! One of our rooms we had specifically requested to be on a quite floor (for the girls not staying out as late). Unfortunately, they were placed on floor 6 and could hear the nightclub music above all night.. And really ALL night, it's open later than most clubs (maybe even was 24hr?). We had to request another room for the next night. The woman again was rude regarding our request, but did eventually accommodate us. If your planning on actually getting some sleep, request a lower floor level (3 or 4), farther away from the club. The free coffee and tea by the elevator was a fantastic touch, and helped with the lack of sleep!
Overall, a good experience at the Cromwell. Great option for those looking for a more boutique hotel experience in Vegas. Would have rated it higher if it wasn't for the rude vibe we got from the front desk. I'm also so bummed we never made it up to the rooftop pool/club, heard its a great time.
