| - Here's a copy of the letter I just sent to Mattress Firm corporate office.
I am writing today to compliment one of your employees, Mark Mangum, in Arizona. He is currently working at the Biltmore branch, but I met him initially at the Raintree store.
My purchase has been going on since February 2011, thanks to your comfort guarantee. It is now September and I have just received my 4th (and final) mattress. Unfortunately, it has taken this long to find the right one, due to some back issues. Luckily, they even let me return my third mattress, which was past the 100 days. I couldn't be more grateful for that special accommodation.
I can't tell you how impressed I am with most of your salesmen in general, but Mark in particular. From the moment we began this process, right up until the last mattress was delivered, and then some, he has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He treated me as well on the 100th phone call and 25th visit, as he did the first time we met. Every time I had questions or concerns, he was there to address them. Never once did he make me feel badly (which I did) for coming back and returning so many beds. You would have thought that he was profiting financially on each visit, because he was so professional and kind every single time. Mark is an exemplary employee and wonderful salesman and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Your store's policy is also wonderful and I thank you and him for making this purchase a pleasant experience, even through the back aches and returns.
I hope to sleep on my latest and last bed in comfort, for many years to come. And when it is no longer working for me, you can be sure I will be back to Mattress Firm to buy my next one.
