  • My friend and I went here on Sat August 31st for gel manicures and pedicures. From start to finish it was a terrible experience. Knowing we were together, they still sat us with a giant pole between us for manicures so we weren't able to talk. We waited about 15 mins before anyone even started working on us. They did not soak out nail or clean up the cuticle or any of the usual manicure treatment. They just filed and applied polish. My friend requested to keep her length and just shape them but had her nails filed down to nubs. Then the man that had been working on her nails left to work on someone else. So now the woman working on my nails hopped back and forth between us to finish both manicures. Neither manicure was done well, mine started chipping after two days and my friends started lifting on the sides. Then on to the pedicures. Both pedicures were just ok, mine is already chipping 1 week later. It would have been a decently massage, except the woman doing mine was talking to co-workers the whole time and she's someone who talks with her hands. Most my massage time was one of her hands resting on my leg while the other one was up in the air. Finally, at check out we were both given a little gift bag for being new customers. When we opened it up it had a coupon that expired Jan 3013 (nine months ago!) and a bottle of lotion with a snowman on it. In August. We have been to dozens of nail salons all over Peoria, Glendale, and North Phoenix an this is definitely one of the worst.
