  • I've been ordering lotion & soap base from Bulk Apothecary for a couple of years. The prices cannot be beat. I've placed an order with standard shipping and received the order within 3-4 days (I am also in Ohio). Unfortunately, my recent experience just ruined any good experience I've had in the past. I ordered lotion & soap base on 12/8 for a holiday make & take on 12/14. Live chat rep told me my order would ship on Monday 12/12. When I checked with live chat on 12/12, the rep was unable to figure out if my order would be shipping & created a "ticket." The ticket should be responded to within 24 hours. 24 hours later, I have no response to the ticket, tried calling twice with a long wait time (couldn't wait anymore). I was able to cancel my order in less than a minute (I have no idea how long it will take for my money to be refunded), but could not find out the shipping status for over three days!
