Customer service is worthless took me 3 days to get ahold of them I was on hold for 20 to 40 minutes for the first two days and only four five the third day when I finally got ahold of them. I had purchased a 5 year plan for my sectional couch and one of the pull handles for the recliner broke for a second time and apparently the $279 I paid does not cover faulty pieces of crap pull handles it's only $15 to buy one but this should be covered they should just give me one since I gave them $279 for a five-year coverage plan clearly these handles are faulty because it's the second one I've had to replace in the two and a half years I've owned furniture I bet they have a huge stock of them because they know that the part fails regularly. I will NOT be shopping at this rip-off place again sincerely Tony of Mesa.
UPDATE I received the call from their customer service warranty person and they're going to send me the part free of charge and then had explained to me that it will not be free next time due to the fact that it is not covered in my warranty or extended warranty I I disagree with that but it is what it is and I may still continue shopping there
