  • The HI express is a welcome breath of fresh air in the stagnant mere of accommodation in Newmarket. The place is new, the desk staff properly trained, the rooms of a reasonable size with good quality linens on the beds. The hotel was clean and seemed well managed. The wireless internet signal could have been stronger but it was consistently available. I didn't brave the breakfast, after all, one should not push one's luck ... particularly when it comes to breakfast in a budget hotel.
