Initially I liked the service at Right Toyota, but I have realized over the last couple of service visits that these guys are all about bait and switch, better than I have seen it before. I have a 2008 Toyota Tacoma pickup with less than 35k miles on it. I use it for daily local travel and do not put many miles on it. Every time I bring it in for service under the guise of a $28.95 oil change or this time even better at $14.95 for a loyal customer coupon, I end up spending hundreds of dollars on other miscellaneous stuff that they always find wrong. Last time my $28.95 oil change resulted in an $800 invoice. They had to change some injectors that weren't spraying correctly, etc... This time I got the call about brake fluid being dirty, alignment being necessary, and oil sludge in the engine requiring and engine oil flush. The $14.95 oil change just turned into $270 invoice. Each time I bring the truck in there is nothing wrong with it other than the service light coming on after 5k miles. However they always find a way to charge me for services I have no idea if I really need and as a working person I have no time to go into their shop and investigate to see if what they say is actually true. I have owned over 30 cars in my life and always kept them up to snuff as I am picky that way. Only at Right Toyota have I encountered this problem and I find that a problem. I will not be back to their service department as I just feel that they take advantage of me each time they lure me in with a service coupons. Beware!!!
